1. 1 can or 16 ounces of maple cured, bacon-baked beans or other types of smoked-baked beans
2. 6 large eggs
3. Salt and freshly ground peper'
4. 1 tablespoon butter
5. 6 strips cooked bacon crumbled
6. 1/3 cup chopped green onions
7. 6 (7-8 in.) flour tortillas, warmed
8. 1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
9. Canned salsa or ketchup
Now how to make the breakfast burrito
1. Heat the beans in a pan until heated, keep warm.
2. In a medium bowl, beat the eggs with salt and pepper
3. Melt the butter 10 in. non-stick skillet over medium heat, Add the eggs and dash them with the bacon and green onions. Cook them, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are softly cooked.
4. Dived the egg mix into 6 equal parts, and put one part into each tortilla. Finish them off with a1/4 cup beas and 1 tablespoon cheese, fold in the ends and roll up the burritos.
